I recently needed to set my Safari up to open two “Home Pages” at once automatically on launch.
Researching, I found some response to this issue but nothing that gave me the result I wanted which was, I click on Safari and two pages open without me having to do anything.
So I had a little play with the settings and was able to achieve this. Here’s how.
Open Safari, open “Bookmarks,” click “Show all bookmarks” create a new folder (I called mine Home Pages) and drag the existing book marks that you wish to use as home pages into the folder. You will see the “Auto Click” box appear, check it. Next go to Safari preferences, under the “General” tab in the “New windows open with” field click the drop down menu and select “choose a tabs folder”. Select the Home Pages folder you created and click “Choose”
Now go down to the “Home Page” field in preferences and make sure it is blank, if not delete the contents leaving the field blank.
Close the Preferences pane, re-launch Safari and Voila!
